Free editor. Honest audio engine.

A complete video editor. Free, no watermark, 4K export.

With the only audio engine that tells you the truth about your sound: how well you used your gear, where that gear tops out, and the shortest list of fixes that will actually move both.

The editor

Beta

The full editor is the free part.

Not a starter tier, not a demo. The timeline, the captions, the looks, and every export from 1080p to 4K ship on the $0 plan, with no watermark on any of it. Edit in the browser or the desktop app; exports render in the app, on your own machine.

The Creator Wear Studio editor: media library, preview, and a multitrack timeline with video and audio tracks.
The editor, running. Every tool here is on the free plan.

A real timeline

Multitrack, with the moves you expect: trim, split, ripple-delete, snapping, keyboard editing.

Captions that keep up

Auto-captions with word-by-word karaoke, plus text in 16 fonts with animated entrances.

Sound you can see

Real waveforms, per-clip gain, fades, and auto-ducking that steps music back under your voice.

Export by destination

YouTube 1080p, 2K, 4K, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, or Square. One tap sets resolution and aspect.

The editor is in beta, and it is where nearly all of our attention goes right now. It gets better most weeks, and the fastest way to shape it is to tell us what broke. Everything in it is free while it is in beta, and everything in it stays free after. Free is the position here, not a launch promotion.

Why the editor is free

We do the hard part so you can focus on creating.

Every tool in the editor and every step of export quality is on the $0 plan. No watermark to buy off, no resolution held back, no trial that expires. If you never pay us a dollar, you still cut, caption, and ship at 4K.

What the paid plans buy is speed. The engine scores your take against your gear's real ceiling, the cleanup fixes what it finds, and Yemi explains any of it in plain language. The slow way is free and complete. Paying just makes it faster.

The audio engine

A 70 on a studio mic isn't a 70 on a headset.

Most tools grade every take on one scale, as if a gaming headset and a studio condenser could ever tie. They can't. A headset has a hard cap no technique gets past. So we score your take against the ceiling of the gear that recorded it, and 70 means the same thing everywhere: you used 70 percent of what your setup can do.

Upload a take and two numbers come back, with the fixes that will move them ordered by impact rather than dumped in a dashboard. When your gear isn't the problem, the report says exactly that. Nobody gets upsold on a mic they don't need.

How the scoring works, in full →
One take, two micsperformance 70 on both

headsetceiling 46
lands at 32

Both takes used 70 percent of their gear. One simply had more gear to use.

Start free. Scale when you're ready.

The full editor and 4K export are free on every plan. The engine is the same everywhere and the score is just as honest. Paying buys speed: cleanup, more Yemi messages, more history. It never buys a better number.

Local by default

Your video never leaves your computer.

Cloud editors upload everything and bill you by the minute. This one keeps your work where it belongs. It stays on your device, offline if you want.

Try it in the browserEditing only. Export needs the app.

  • Editing and export run on your machine

Cutting, playback, waveforms, saving, and the final render all happen locally. The export uses ffmpeg on your own computer. No render farm, no per-minute cloud bill, no queue. That's why the full editor is a desktop app: the browser lets you edit and explore, but exporting (and media that persists between sessions) lives in the app.

  • Your video is never uploaded, for anything

Three optional AI features are the only things that send data, and only when you press the button, never in the background: the loudness/QC analysis, auto-captions, and beat detection each upload the audio to process it. Your footage stays on your device, always.

  • That audio auto-deletes within 24 hours

It's used only to hand you your result, then it's gone. Yemi, the coach, only sees your chat and a pointer to a report you already ran. Not your project, not your footage.

  • It uses your computer, but not a powerful one

Normal editing runs fine on an ordinary laptop. A faster machine mostly just means quicker exports; you don't need a workstation.
