Windows shows this for installers it hasn’t yet seen many downloads of. It’s a reputation check on how new the release is, not a finding about the file, and it stops appearing as more people install it.
Your video renders on your own machine at 1080p, 2K or 4K. The browser can edit, but only the app can write the file.
