Terms of service
Version 1.4 · Last updated August 7, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Creator Wear for your use of Creator Wear Studio. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We’ve written them in plain language on purpose. Creator Wear Studio is in private beta, so we may refine these terms as the product grows — we’ll post any material change here and, where it matters, ask you to accept it again.
1. Acceptance of terms
By signing up for or using Creator Wear Studio, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.
You need to be at least 18 years old to use Creator Wear Studio. If you’re using it on behalf of a company or team, you’re confirming you’re allowed to accept these terms for them.
2. What Creator Wear Studio does
Creator Wear Studio analyzes voice recordings you upload and gives you an honest read on them: a Performance score (how close this take got to the best your gear can do) and a Ceiling score (how good that best can be), plus specific, plain-language feedback on issues like noise, loudness, clipping, sibilance, and plosives.
On paid tiers, Creator Wear Studio can also produce a cleaned-up version of a recording and give you AI coaching through Yemi, our in-app audio assistant. Features vary by tier — see the pricing page for what each tier includes.
We’re building this actively and may add, change, or remove features over time. If we ever plan to discontinue the service, we’ll give reasonable notice so you can export your data.
3. Your account
You’re responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your login details secure and don’t share them. Give us accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you think someone else has accessed your account.
One account is for one person. Don’t create accounts to get around limits, and don’t use someone else’s account without permission.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Creator Wear Studio has a free tier and paid tiers (Lite, Pro, and Max). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor, on the interval shown at checkout (for example, monthly or yearly). We don’t see or store your full card number — the payment processor handles that.
You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. When you cancel, your paid features stay active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again after that.
First-time subscribers are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee: if it’s not for you, request a refund from your billing settings within 7 days of your first payment (or email us) and we’ll review it. The guarantee applies once per payment card. Outside that window, canceling stops future charges but doesn’t refund the remainder of the current period.
If you change tiers: an upgrade takes effect right away and you’re charged the prorated difference for the days remaining in your current period, with your billing date unchanged — except in the last few days before renewal, when there’s no charge now and the higher tier simply starts at full price on your normal renewal date. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your current period, with no proration and no refund of the difference.
If a payment fails or a subscription lapses, paid features may be paused until billing is resolved. Prices may change, but we’ll give you notice before a change affects you.
5. Acceptable use
Use Creator Wear Studio for your own recordings and legitimate creative work. Don’t upload audio you don’t have the rights to, and don’t upload anyone’s voice without their permission.
Please don’t misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape, reverse-engineer, or get around limits or security; no reselling or redistributing the service or its output as your own product; and nothing unlawful, infringing, or abusive.
6. Your audio and content
Your recordings are yours. You keep all rights to the audio you upload and to any cleaned-up audio we produce for you. We don’t claim ownership of your content.
You give us permission to process your audio only to run the service for you — to analyze it, produce your report, generate cleaned audio, and (on paid tiers) provide Yemi’s coaching. How long we keep things, and what we delete, is spelled out in the Privacy policy: in short, raw uploads auto-delete within 24 hours, and your reports stay in your history until you delete them.
We don’t keep anything derived from your audio for any other purpose, and we don’t use your recordings to train models. If that ever changes we’ll ask you first — see the Privacy policy.
7. Yemi and AI features
Yemi is an AI assistant that gives you coaching based on your report and the context you share with it. Its suggestions are generated automatically and can be incomplete or wrong — treat them as helpful guidance, not professional advice or a guarantee. You’re responsible for how you use the output.
8. Scores are guidance, not guarantees
Creator Wear Studio’s scores, diagnoses, and recommendations are estimates produced by automated audio analysis. They’re designed to be honest and useful, but they’re not a guarantee of any particular result, and audio quality ultimately depends on many things outside the app.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that a score will match any specific outcome.
9. Our intellectual property
Creator Wear Studio — the software, models, scoring engine, designs, and the Creator Wear and Creator Wear Studio names and logos — belongs to Creator Wear. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the service as intended.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Wear isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
Where liability can’t be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
11. Termination
You can stop using Creator Wear Studio and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.
When your account is deleted, we follow the deletion process described in the Privacy policy (immediate disable, a 14-day window to restore, then permanent purge).
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we’ll update the version and date at the top and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the new version before continuing. Continuing to use Creator Wear Studio after an update means you accept the current terms.
These terms are governed by applicable law; the specific governing law and venue will be stated in the published version before public launch.
