Is the editor really free?
Yes. The full editor, export at 1080p, 2K and 4K, and no watermark, on every plan. Export runs in the desktop app.
Does paying change my score?
No. Every plan runs the same engine at the same quality. Paying gets you more of the report, more cleanups and more Yemi messages, never a better number.
What counts as a cleanup?
One run of noise and hum cleanup on one recording. A cleanup that fails never counts.
What happens when I reach a monthly limit?
That feature pauses until your allowance resets next month. You’re never charged extra.
How does annual billing work?
You pay for the year up front at a lower price. Cleanups and Yemi messages still reset every month.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from the Billing tab in Settings. You keep your paid features until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
The first time you pay for a plan, you can get your money back within 7 days. This applies once per payment card.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card, and your first score needs no account.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your location.
